Chief Operation Officer
Kimika is the Chief Operating Officer of AfroStruct, with over 18 years of operational and business development experience in Tanzania. A Japanese national, she has led large-scale initiatives, including managing a 300+ driver Uber fleet and serving as a Business Development Consultant for HITACHI. Fluent in English, Swahili, French, and Portuguese, she brings strong cross-cultural leadership and a results-driven approach.

Furkan Karakus brings over 6 years of professional experience in Tanzania’s construction sector. He has been actively involved in project coordination, operational planning, and site supervision, supporting the successful delivery of building construction projects. His hands-on approach, combined with adaptability to local market conditions, strengthens AFROSTRUCT’s project execution capabilities.

Eng. Ugur Genc is an internationally accomplished engineer with over 25 years of global construction experience. He has contributed to and led major high-rise and complex building projects worldwide. One of his most iconic projects is NEVA TOWERS, Russia, a landmark development recognized for its engineering excellence. His deep technical knowledge and global exposure bring world-class standards to AFROSTRUCT’s projects.

Eng. Gunes Karacalar has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in large-scale residential and building developments. Among his most notable achievements is his involvement in the construction of a 1,200-building residential development in Bursa, demonstrating his capability in managing complex, high-volume construction projects with precision and efficiency.
